comfortable rooms but breakfast needs improvement

The rooms felt new and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The night staff provided a welcoming atmosphere, making our pre-cruise stay enjoyable.

The hotel was perfect for our group trip. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Victory Casino Cruises and hit up some local spots. The place was clean, and the beds were super comfy. The shuttle to the port was a great touch for cruise-goers.

One downside was the check-in process. It felt a bit off, as the staff member seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. It was surprising given how nice the hotel looked overall.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel while visiting Victory Casino Cruises, which was just a short distance away. The pool was wonderful for the kids, and we appreciated the clean, comfortable room. Breakfast each morning was a great start to our day.
